• How do I get to the resort? Round-trip transfers from Montego Bay (MBJ) are available for an extra charge. It is recommended to book through the resort’s preferred provider, Holiday Services.

• What is the local currency and payment system? The resort operates on a cashless system. While the Jamaican Dollar is the legal tender, U.S. Dollars and major credit cards are widely accepted. Incidentals are charged to your room and settled at check-out.

• What is the weather and time zone? The average daytime temperature is 82°F (28°C). Jamaica is on Eastern Standard Time year-round (no Daylight Savings).

• What is the cancellation policy? Cancellations 31+ days before arrival have no penalty. Fees apply for cancellations within 30 days, with 100% penalty for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.
